OOTD - Green Leopard Print

Hey Everyone!

Happy Monday, hope you all had a nice weekend?

Today I am bringing you an outfit of the day post, I'm trying to do more of these and have a new camera coming this week so bear with me.

Enjoy!

I am wearing:
Green Leopard Print Skater Dress - £10 - George At Asda
Leggings - £10 for a 2 pack - Sainsburys
Knit Boots - too much! - Ugg Australia

I really love the skater dresses at Asda, the prices are so reasonable and the material is really nice and stretchy jersey meaning they are ultra comfortable but the prints keep them looking fashionable. I have waaaay too many of these types of dresses but a tenner for a flattering, comfy dress is simply too good to resist.

I'll warn you that I bought a HUGE Asda haul the other day so outfits for the next week will probably feature George!!

Hope you liked my outfit and as always thanks for reading.

Outfit of the Day

Hi Everyone!

So when I first started the blog I used to do a lot of OOTDs but lately I've been neglecting them so thought I would do one today for you!

Today I am wearing a playsuit I got for £8 from Asda and it has a gorgeous fairground print with a ruffle at the top and comes in at the waist with a red and white stripe ribbon. Here is a close up of the print:

I layered it with a long sleeve black top from Tesco for £4 so I didn't have to wear a cardigan to cover my arms, leggings that were £10 from Sainsburys and comfy Ugg boots.

I've kept my hair down which has a slight wave and my make up is simply a touch a foundation with a dash of mascara as it's so warm outside and I don't want it to run.

I really like this outfit for a casual weekend look and it was part of a mini haul I got from Asda last night (post to come). You will be surprised to know that the playsuit is actually from the nightwear section but it just shows how certain pieces can be adaptable and there was a really cute neon skull playsuit also in the range I might have to get next time.

I hope you are having a nice sunny weekend and thanks for reading.

Floral Bohemia

My Top Picks!

1. G21 Crochet Collar Dress

G21 Crochet Collar Dress

I recently bought this on a shopping trip and have worn it once so far. The dress itself is very versatile, you could wear this to work and dress it up with a cardigan and heels or at the weekend and dress it down with flats. The dress is a fit and flare style and the length is above the knee, so can be worn with tights as opposed to leggings.

2. G21 Lace Peplum Top - Coral

G21 Lace Peplum Top - Coral

This lovely top caught my eye instore due to the nice colour and delicate detailing. The top has a peplum overlay which skims over the stomach and could be worn either with a skirt or trousers. It also has the option to potentially be worn for work as well as evenings or weekends.

3. Inspire Black and Pink Ditsy Floral Sleeveless Dress

Black Pattern (Black) Inspire Black and Pink Ditsy Floral Sleeveless Dress | 271049109 | New Look

This super cute ditsy print dress with elasticated waist is only £14.99 from New Look Inspire! Perfect for a girly daytime look with a little cardigan/shrug to cover up arms if you're shy like me.

4 . ASOS Curve skater Dress in Sweet Floral

ASOS CURVE Skater Dress in Sweet Floral

I love everything about this dress, the jersey fabric, the print, the eyecatching colour, the three quarter length sleeves, the sweetheart neckline and of course the skater skirt! Also comes in teal.

5. ASOS Curve Shirt Dress with Floral Embroidery

ASOS CURVE Shirt Dress with Floral Embroidery

This silky shirt dress is a more subtle nod to the trend. The pleating on the skirt is very cute and I like the long sleeves as I could then wear this without a coverup. This dress is pretty short though and doesn't look to have much room for a more ample bust, definitely one to try on at home.

I hope you loved my top picks as much as I do and if you have any ideas for other trends I can post please leave as a comment below.

Outfit of the Day

Today I am wearing a plum dress with a ribbed pattern from Dorothy Perkins, however this was bought a few months ago in the sale so is unfortunately no longer available. I have teamed the dress with a simple black cardigan from George at Adsa which was £10 Link!. This look would also look nice belted at the waist for added definition.
