Wentworth Wooden Puzzles - Unique Easter Gift

Hey Guys!

Today I wanted to share with you a unique Easter gift idea from Wentworth Wooden Puzzles who have a whole range of Easter inspired jigsaws:

Wentworth Wooden Puzzles is a British wooden jigsaw maker based in the countryside of Wiltshire, their skilled team use state-of-the-art lasers to create premium quality jigsaws and they produce over 150,000 puzzles a year.

I picked out the Egg-xtra Difficult jigsaw as I thought it would keep me occupied over the Easter holidays coming up! I think this would make a great gift for anyone as it allows you to distract yourself from the stresses of everyday life and can be entertaining and rewarding.

It has 260 pieces and has unique bunny shaped jigsaw pieces, which I've never seen before with a jigsaw before so I was intrigued. The puzzle has an irregular edge to make it even more difficult to solve.

This puzzle retails at £32.00 and can be purchased here:

Native Unearthed Deodorant Review

Hi Guys!

Today I wanted to share with you a natural deodorant* from a company called Native Unearthed.

It's a crystal deodorant made from volcanic crystal minerals, it works by leaving an invisible layer of natural minerals on your underarms to prevent the build up of odour causing bacteria. It doesn't contain any harsh chemicals which is what originally appealed to me as I have quite sensitive skin.

They have four different deodorants to choose from including the juice of raw aloe vera known for soothing and healing and raw curcuma longa root with anti-inflammatory and antiseptic qualities. I was sent the deodorant infused with Mangosteen, which is a fruit bursting with antioxidants, nutrients and vitamin C. Mangosteen is also known for its anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory properties.

The directions to use this product is to moisten the tip and then apply. Or to apply to wet underarms which would work to use straight after having a shower.

I was impressed when I tried out this product, it dries quickly and doesn't leave any white marks on clothing and provides me with effective coverage. I think this would make a unique and beneficial Mother's Day gift!

Native Unearthed Deodorants are available in Ocado, health stores nationwide and on their website

Trevor Sorbie Keratin + Argan Compact Power Dryer

Hi Guys!

Today I'm sharing with you a gift idea for Mother's Day which I feel is a must-have beauty product even for a more low-maintenance person, being a good quality hair dryer.

This is the Keratin + Argan Compact Power Dryer* from Trevor Sorbie who have a range of hair tools which are available at Argos.  The Keratin and Argan comes from an infused ceramic grille to help your hair look shiny and glossy, which definitely appealed to me knowing the benefits of Keratin and Argan oil.

This hair dryer is compact and lightweight, therefore great for travel (and even comes with a UK/EU plug adaptor!) and yet is still a powerful 2100W hair dryer which provides fast-drying.

It has a handy long 3m cord so you don't have to stand next to the plug socket which I definitely appreciate! There are two speed settings and three temperature settings to choose from as well as a cool shot to set your hair.

Overall I'd say this hairdryer is definitely worth purchasing as it is good quality and I really like the infused oils feature. Let me know if you're tempted to try it out!

Simplee Aloe Fruit Juice Drinks

Hey Guys!

I wanted to share with you a brand I recently come across called Simplee Aloe. Simplee Aloe is all about bottling the goodness of Aloe Vera into a refreshing and nutritious drink.  I was lucky enough to be sent some of these drinks to try.

Simplee Aloe comes in two different sizes, 1 litre cartons great for families to keep in the fridge and 330ml cartons which are the perfect on-the-go sized drink to throw in your handbag when you're in a rush! They all contain 35% of pure Aloe Vera which we all know has many health benefits and is all natural straight from the leaf.

I tried out both of their juice drinks*, the first one is Apple and Mango which is my favourite out of the two. It has a fresh sweet taste and definitely quenched my thirst. All of their drinks are not from concentrate and are without any preservatives or artificial flavours.

The other flavour is Grape and Lemon which has a bit more punch so is great in the morning to wake you up and feel invigorated. Each of the on-the-go cartons contain less calories than an apple! I love the packaging of their drinks, it's so colourful and appealing to look at.

Simplee Aloe are sold at Whole Foods Market, The Natural Kitchen, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Ocado, and over 200 independents throughout London.
Their website is super easy to navigate and contains lots of interesting information, link is here:

You can follow them on twitter and instagram @simpleealoe

Valentine's Day Tipples

Hey Everyone!

I hope you're all having a super fun Valentine's Day.

In this post I'm going to be sharing a selection of drinks that I have been trying out from Aldi and letting you know what I thought and hopefully there might be some budget friendly hidden gems!

Firstly let's talk about the Beletti Prosecco*. When I think of prosecco the image that fills my mind is me and my girl friends all in a room getting ready for a night out and having a cheeky couple before we go. It will always be a favourite of mine so I couldn't wait to put this one to the test.

Now I tried this, tested it thoroughly and I can honestly say it's one of the best that I've had despite being one of the cheapest at £4.99 per bottle. It's so deliciously fruity, bubbly and full of flavour and tastiness, an absolute winner for me!

Next is the Toro Loco Tempranillo Superior* which is a red wine.

I'm not a huge red wine drinker, so I'm never sure what to expect when I have it and generally I prefer it with a meal as I feel the tastes just go well together.

In terms of the Toro Loco, I found it a nice light red, one that's very easy to drink and I could really taste the flavours of the strawberries, redcurrants and black cherries. I would definitely have it again, either with a meal again or a glass on it's own while curled up on the sofa watching a dvd. For £3.49 per bottle it really surpassed my expectations!

Finally we have the Bellucci Amaretto Liqueur*.

This was completely different to the other two drinks, the taste of this one is lovely and sweet and almondy. It is the perfect partner to maybe some chocolate truffles or something along the lines of a dessert. Also, I was looking at recipe ideas and I think this would be perfect in things like chocolate puddings, cakes or cocktails and I put a shot in my daily hot chocolate just to see what it would be like and it tasted so good so would definitely recommend giving that a go. The price is a snip at £4.29 per bottle so a really affordable option.

I (hugely) enjoyed trying out these drinks and writing this review, if you would like to try any yourself head in to your local Aldi or pop online to and you can see the full selection.

Let me know your favourite Aldi products below, do you guys have any hidden gems I can look out for?

Olloclip 4-in-1 Lens for iPhone

Hey Guys!

Today i am reviewing Olloclip 4-IN-1 Photo Lens. It is a really smart gadget compatible with  iPhone 6/6s & iPhone 6/6s Plus. It would make an ideal gift idea for Valentines day or as just a treat to yourself and is available at all Apple stores.

It is used to enhance your field of view beyond your iPhone's already built in camera and it's lightweight compact design works on both front and rear facing cameras. It comes with 3 wearable pendants in black, green and blue so you can mix up which colour you use.

I was excited to try out the photo lens out on my iPhone and it was easy to apply and compact which sits nicely on the phone.

I thought the macro lense was brilliant! I find it near to impossible to get a macro shot on a iPhone as too much digital zoom pixelates the photo. The 10x and 15x lenses produce excellent macro shots.

Also the wide angle lens gave me a wider field of view than the iPhone would normally give with limited distortion at the edges of photo.

Overall Olloclip 4-IN-1 is a fantastic camera lens that definitely does the job, looks stylish and is definately a great buy!

Artisan Salts from The Very Salt Co.

Hey Guys!

I was lucky enough to be sent two Artisan Salts* from THE VERY SALT CO.

The company's passion for simple flavours and high quality food is what makes their flavour combinations. They aim to bring a new taste sensation to everyday mealtimes and snacks while at the same time understanding the vital role salt plays in our health, making a high quality sprinkle as a finishing touch.

Below are the flavours I tried out:

Rose Petals, Paprika, Garlic, Lemon & Szechuan Pepper

Floral flavours mixed with smoky garlic and spicy peppercorns. A versatile seasoning with distinct flavour.

Smoky Chipotle, Paprika & Garlic

This is a company favourite as it has a distinct soft smoky flavour, which goes perfect on so many foods.

These delicious flavours was a excellent blend and added some real flavour to my meal. They are excellent value for money as a little goes a long way.

You can purchase them here at:

Which are your favourite flavours? Let me know!

The Perfect Sweet Treat - Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream

Hey Guys!

As a sweet treat this Valentine's I'm going to be reviewing Häagen-Dazs ice cream*.
The tubs are perfect for sharing with a loved one and every mouthful is divine with the unique velvety texture and unforgettable taste.

Häagen-Dazs have been making ice cream like no other since 1961 and are the UK's leading luxury ice cream brand.

They have a wide range of delicious flavours and are stocked in all major supermarkets.

Below are a selection of different flavours in my local supermarket.

I decided to try Cookies & Cream and Chocolate Salted Caramel.

Cookies & Cream is made with a combination of luscious vanilla ice cream and crunchy pieces of chocolate cookie. I really enjoyed the taste, the cookies were of high quality and came in big chunks.

Chocolate Salted Caramel is a delicious combination of smooth chocolate ice cream with salted caramel swirl and salted caramel brittle. It tasted lovely and I would definitely purchase again.

Have you tried Häagen-Dazs ice cream before? What's your favourite flavour?

Nelsons Arnicare Bath & Massage Balm

Hey Guys!

I wanted to share with you the perfect product for a pamper evening! It is the Nelsons Arnicare Bath & Massage Balm.*

It's a dual-purpose balm which can be used for massages or you can pour it into your bath. It comes in a generous 200ml bottle which I feel is going to last me quite a while.

I love the scent, when poured into the bath it fills the room with the sweet scents of lavender and grapefruit essential oils. I have been using this recently in my bath and I use two full caps under running water and it really helps me relax and unwind. It also has evening primrose oil and sweet almond oil and feels truly luxurious.

I feel this would be great for a pamper session on Valentine's Day and can be picked up easily at Boots! Link here:

Charlie Bigham's Dinners-For-Two Valentine's

Hey Everyone!

Today I'd like to share some delicious hand-made top quality dishes - it's Charlie Bigham's meals for two.* They currently have limited edition red packaging range perfect for Valentine's day!

I spotted a large display of these in my local Waitrose the other day.

I have been a big fan of Charlie Bigham's meal for years as it's such convenience but in my opinion the same quality of a home cooked meal.

They have a wide range of different dishes available at Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Booths, Budgens and Ocado. Check out there full range on their website here:

One of my favourites is the Beef Bourguignon & Dauphinoise Potatoes. It has tender beef which is slow-cooked in red wine and served with creamy Dauphinoise Potatoes. The meals are a good size, full of flavour and very filling. They are easy to cook and perfect for dine in for two.

Holy Grail Product - The Beauty Blender

Hey Guys!

Today I want to talk about a very popular must-have beauty item which is the much talked about Beautyblender*. It is a perfect gift idea for any make-up lovers out there, and comes in a variety of colours including red making it great for Valentine's day!

I have been testing this Beautyblender* and I'm thrilled with the results! I love the look of the product and it's small enough to fit in my make-up bag for touch-ups on the go. The application is easy and you can apply foundation without using your fingers or leaving streaks.

It feels ultra soft against my skin and the shape of the sponge means I can cover large areas quickly but also use the tip to apply product more precisely to the face. I have tried cosmetic sponges in the past and they absorb of lot of product meaning I have to use more, with the Beautyblender it sits on the top of sponge so I feel I use less product overall which makes my foundation bottles stretch further.

On their website they have many different products to choose from (I've got my eye on the Beautyblender Micro Mini next!). Link to their website is below:

Have you tried the Beauty Blender before? Let me know in the comments below.
