Today I'd like to share some delicious hand-made top quality dishes - it's Charlie Bigham's meals for two.* They currently have limited edition red packaging range perfect for Valentine's day!
I spotted a large display of these in my local Waitrose the other day.
I have been a big fan of Charlie Bigham's meal for years as it's such convenience but in my opinion the same quality of a home cooked meal.

One of my favourites is the Beef Bourguignon & Dauphinoise Potatoes. It has tender beef which is slow-cooked in red wine and served with creamy Dauphinoise Potatoes. The meals are a good size, full of flavour and very filling. They are easy to cook and perfect for dine in for two.
