Hi Guys,

I am reviewing one of my favourite subjects today, tea from a company called Oteas.

Oteas is a British tea company and their blends only contain whole leaf teas, herbs, flowers, spice and other natural ingredients. You can pick from either loose leaf tea or tea in bio-degradable tea pyramids.

I received  one of their 12 tea gift boxes*, you can choose from either a Pick & Mix of blends or a set selection and they also do larger gift boxes containing 24 teas.

I like the transparent packaging as you can clearly see what teas you have and I also think the graphics look really appealing great for if giving as a gift. Let's take a better look what teas I have in my gift set!

Black tea with apricot
Red berry dream tea
Mango mint tea
Liquorice tea
Oriental pearl tea
Green tea with jasmine
Chamomile flowers tea
Berry blend tea
Earl grey tea
Goji berry, vanilla & strawberry tea
Shanghai Chai
Lemon, ginger & cinnamon tea

All come on the back with the ingredients, brewing time and what water temperature to use.

My favourite I've tried is the black tea with apricot, you could really smell the apricot when brewing and tasted sweet and refreshing.

I hope you enjoyed this post, which of these tea flavours do you think you would like the most? Let me know in the comment below.

Terraillon Web Coach Prime Fit Kit Review

Hi Guys,

Today I am talking about a company called Terraillon and their Web Coach Prime Fit Kit.* This includes a body composition scales and a wristband which connects to your smartphone via the Terraillon Wellness Coach app.

Firstly, lets take a closer look at the scales called the WebCoach Prime.* They connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth and offer full body composition analysis including weight, BMI, body fat, muscle mass, body water and bone mass. They have a capacity up to 160kg

They have a sturdy glass platform and large clear number display which I really like. I much prefer digital display scales as they are easier to read and I find them more accurate.

I mainly use these scales just for measuring my weight and it's a great way for me to keep track using the app. You can connect up to 8 smartphones simultaneously which I think is a great feature, it means other family member can use these scales too and keep track. Each member of the family can have their own personal profile and the scales synchronize their data to their own Wellness Coach account.

Also in the Terraillon Web Coach Prime Fit Kit* is the Activi-T Band* it has3D sensor that monitors your physical activity and also displays the time and can be used as an alarm.
The Activi-T Band has a large  screen that allows you to monitor your activity (steps, distance, calories) directly and it also tells the time. You can also
synchronise your data on the Wellness Coach app wirelessly using Bluetooth. The battery life is very impressive of a whopping 7 days and you can recharge it within 90 minutes using the integrated USB port. This is so handy for if you are on the go a lot, all you need is a USB port in order to charge.

I found the Terraillon Web Coach Prime Fit Kit easy to use and the app really useful for when you are trying to lose weight. You can see all your progress and set your goal weight. It is currently available on Argos, link is here:

I hope you enjoyed this post.

Wednesday 8 March 2017 - Mother's Day Gift Idea

Hi Guys!

Today I am bringing you a slightly more out of the norm Mother's Day gift idea from

The company is family owned and based in Romsey and launched in May 2007 after the huge success of their sister site They have over 50 members of staff and strive on providing excellent customer service and helpful advice on their products.

I was lucky enough to receive the Rio Roller Varsity Quad Skates in black and gold*, link them on the website here:

Appearance: They come in a matching themed box with gold lettering which I think would made them perfect to give as a gift. The skates themselves look flawless! I like the fact the black means they are not too extravagant and slightly more muted so well suited for a slightly old audience but then the gold gives just the right amount pop of colour and the design makex them look cool and trendy.

Semi-soft upper with PVC leather construction
High quality supportive insoles with additional cushioning
PU cast 82A exclusive Rio wheels
PU cast stopper with easily replaceable bolts
Nylon hi-impact chassis and aluminium trucks
ABEC 7 bearings

My thoughts: These skates retail at £69.95 and I think this is a good price for this item as they are quality and made to last. You can tell the quality just from the care when making them, the stitching and finish is great on them. When wearing them my feet felt very well supported and they were comfy. In the past my feet have started ache after a short amount of time wearing roller skates but with the supportive insoles and super thick cushioning I could wear these for ages.

I hope you enjoyed this post, would you consider trying some roller skates? Let me know in the comments below.

Introducing Amara

Hi Guys,

Today I'm delighted to be writing a post on a fabulous company called Amara. A Luxury international online store specialising in luxury gifts, designer homeware, lighting & contemporary furniture.

Some history about the company; Amara was founded in 2005 by Sam Wood as initially an interior design business. In 2006, her husband Andrew spotted a gap in the online market for a distributor of real luxury homeware, and the husband and wife team then created This business has been growing massively since then now offering nearly a whopping 35,000 products on their website and have over 70 members of staff.

Amara currently have  a Mother's Day gift idea section on their website: and when I browsed this section I was overwhelmed with the selection! They have lots of my favourite designer brands; Ted Baker, Orla Kieley, Joules, Kate Spade and many more.

So I decided to pick out from the Amara site some Ugg slippers*, I love warm sheepskin slippers and I think every mother would use a pair of quality slippers.

They are the Women's Ugg Scuffette Liberty Slippers in Black* and have a beautiful blue floral pattern on them as you can see which is Liberty Art Fabric.

They are lined with luxurious UGGpure wool and have a beautiful sheepskin collar which makes them so soft and comfy. After a long day at work it makes such a lovely treat to take your work shoes off and slip on these.

I'd highly recommend these beautiful slippers*, I think any mother would be delighted to receive them, they will last her a long time and make her feel very treated and special.

They are actually on sale at the moment on their website from £90 down to £60 which I think is a very good price for Ugg slippers! They are currently available in sizes 3-8 but if you are interested I recommend buying them asap so they don't sell out in your desired size. Link to the exact slippers is here:

I really hope you enjoyed this post as much I enjoyed writing it, please check out their Mother's Day section and let me know in the comment below what your favourite item is!

Pantene Pro-V Repair & Protect

Hey Guys,

Today I'm bringing you another beauty post! This one is on Pantene Pro-V hair products*, I'm sure you have all heard of this brand and have seen the recent television adverts featuring Ellie Goulding.

Pantene started in 1945 and is a massively popular haircare company around the world. They have lots of different collections for all your haircare needs and today I'm talking about two of their products from the Repair & Protect Range the Conditioner* and In-Shower foam conditioner*

The Repair & Protect Range is for damaged, stressed and overworked hair. As I dye my hair regularly I hoped the conditioner would do my hair some good. Firstly, I thought the product smelt great and a little product went quite along way when applied to my hair. The results were impressive, it left my hair feeling soft and nourished.

The other product I tried is the Pantene In-Shower foam conditioner* which I was very intrigued about because I've not heard of or used a foam conditioner before!

How you use this product is slightly different to a normal conditioner you apply a palm-size amount from your roots to your tips and then you let it soak into your hair. I left it on my hair for about 5 minutes to work it's magic!

I was pleased with the results, my hair felt conditioned without being weighed down!  I have quite fine hair so this is something I sometimes struggle with other conditioners I've tried. I would really recommend this product for people with fine hair! This conditioner is a bit different but definitely worth a try, and it's quick and easy to apply and use.

I do hope you liked this review, let me know in the comments where you use any Pantene products!

English Tea Shop

Hi Guys!

Today I want to talk to you about one of my passions, tea! I'm a massive tea enthusiast, I drink tea everyday and love trying all types and flavours! So I was so excited when I was offered the chance to feature English Tea Shop tea* on my blog! I have tried English Tea Shop once before, I received last Christmas one of their festive flavours in Gingerbread Man that I loved and was so sad when it ran out.

So firstly a little about the brand, English Tea Shop have been sourcing great quality, organic sustainable tea from Sri Lanka since 2010. They have a factory in Sri Lanka too where a team of experts combine the tea to create just the right balance of yummy flavours and are then hand packed to help reduced their carbon footprint.

I'm going to now show you one of their gift tins perfect for Mother's Day with it's oh so pretty pink patterned tin called The English Tea Shop Premium Collection*.

This contains a whopping 30 individual wrapped pyramid tea bags in six amazing flavours. I thought this would be great for a working mother because each morning she can pick a tea to put in her handbag to take with her to work.

Also where this is an assortment, it allows you to try flavours perhaps you wouldn't normally pick for yourself but you can give a go, and if you end up loving one or two (or six!) you can go and buy a pack of that flavour.

Now lets have a better look at the flavours you get and a description of each:

Chocolate, Rooibos & Vanilla: Caffeine free, naturally sweet and antioxidant rich rooibos deliciously blended with vanilla and chocolate notes.

Oolong Tea: A luxurious and intriguing tea with a delicate and
soft flavour.

White Tea Blueberry & Elderflower:  An antioxidant rich, delicateWhite Tea, created with real juicy blueberries, aromatic elderflower and notes of zesty Lemongrass.

Super Berries: A delightful blend of classical herbs and aromatic berries - tastes as delicious as its aroma.

Lemongrass, Ginger & Citrus:  An understated classic packing a citrus punch! Notes of Lemongrass and citrus infused with a tingle of ginger will refresh any palate.

Harrington Premium Single Origin Black Tea:  A perfect golden orange cuppa of deliciously smooth single garden tea, sourced from the beautiful mountain ranges in Sri Lanka.

The one I was most excited to try and my favourite flavour out of these is Chocolate, Rooibos & Vanilla, it's sweet and delicious and I like the distinctive taste of Rooibos tea.

This set retails at £17 and is on Amazon, take a look at the English Tea Shop website for the full range:

What flavour out of the six would you like to try the most? Let me know in the comments below.

Mother's Day at Matalan

Hi Guys,

Today I wanted to tell you about the great Mother's Day selection Matalan have on their website:

If you are really unsure what to get your mother this year I think having a browse really helps give you some ideas and inspiration and all the items are at affordable prices and start from as little as £2!!

I had the chance to pick out my own Mother's Day gift ideas from their website, have a look below for what I chose.

I was excited when I saw Yankee Candles* on their website as I am a massive candle fan and think they make a great gift with their pretty jars. There are three different scents to appeal to everyone's tastes.

Soft Cotton* is great for people who prefer a more delicate and light scent, it will fill your room with a comforting clean soft linen aroma to help soothe and calm you.

Simply Sweet Pea* is a slightly stronger scent and it is a yummy sweet fruity scent that personally reminds me of sweets! I think this would be perfect for burning in Spring, it is a mix of sweet pea blossom and fruity sweetness.

I have saved my absolute favourite scent for last, Sweet and Salty Caramel* - this is definitely best suited if your mother likes dessert and sweet scents!

You can smell it through the jar without even taking the lid off which is what I love about Yankee Candles* they are great quality and when burnt fill the room nicely with the scent.

There is not much I can say about from this scent except it smells exactly like what it says and it is absolutely divine and mouthwatering!

I do hope you enjoyed this blog post on Matalan, please do go on their website and let me know in the comments below your favourite item from their Mother's Day section:

Dorco Eve 6 Razors - Mother's Day Gift Idea

Hey Guys,

Today I'm bringing you a review of the Dorco Eve 6 Razor* a six blade razor for women.

Dorco have been experts in shaving technology for over 60 years and their website says 'Dorco razors combine the comfort of a close shave with advanced technology you won’t find anywhere else.'

So lets take a closer look at this product, it has three really cool features just on the head of the razor that I've laid out below.

1. It contains a total of six blades which are split into a 3 double blade format - I found this super unique, I've not seen another razor like this and I always try to use razors with as many blades as possible so this was particularly appealing to me.

 2. It has a brush finger to massage the body and raise hair follicles to obtain an even closer shave.

3. A moisturising band containing Aloe Vera, Vitamin E and Lavender to calm and protect your skin. As I have sensitive skin I was pleased it has this feature as shaving can aggravate my skin.

When I tried out this product I was highly impressed and think this is a superb quality razor and great value for money. The pivoting head really helped me with the hard to reach places and it has a non-slip rubber handle which meant I could keep a steady hand.

The results spoke for themselves, I had no cuts or nicks even on my knees which I normally do end up nicking. My legs felt so smooth and left me with a really close shave, no stubble whatsoever. With razors I've used in the past I've had to go over the same area 2-3 times to pick up some of the pesky hairs but with this razor one swipe did the trick!

As I said earlier, I have sensitive skin and shaving quite frequently leaves my legs red and irritated or completely dried out and I will need to then smother them in a moisturiser. However, I was surprised to find my legs did not go red (I think this could be because I didn't have to keep going over the same area multiple times) and they didn't feel dried out either, I think this is because of the Vitamin E and Aloe Vera.

Prices start from £4.55 on their website for 1 handle and 1 blade but they also do various value packs and even a subscription service. Check out their website for more details:

I hope you enjoyed this post, are you tempted to try out this razor? Let me know in the comments below.

Indigo Herbs - Mother's Day Gift Idea

Hey Guys!

As a person with an interest in diet and nutrition when a company called Indigo Herbs reached out to me I was very excited, I loved having a browse of their website and really recommend you take a look:

It is easy to navigate, has such a huge selection of natural health products and I love the graphics under Product Types. I discovered some products I didn't even know existed such as raw Pumpkin Seed Butter!

Now, today I am doing a review on one of their Gift Sets perfect for Mothers Day called the Indigo De-Stress and Unwind Well-being Gift Set*. When I first received this in the post my initial thoughts was how beautifully packaged it was as you can see below:

This kit* is described on their website as 'A wonderful little kit with all you need to sooth, relax and unwind.' It comes with a handy leaflet which tells you how to use all of the products it contains.

Now let me talk further about the contents, firstly as a massive tea enthusiast I was most looking forward to trying out the Chamomile Flower Tea. You simply half fill the cute strawberry infuser (which matches my mug perfectly!) with the loose leaf tea and leave it in your cup of boiling water for 5 minutes. Chamomile tea is well known for it's calming power and I enjoyed the natural taste of this tea. I like to drink this in the evening when I get home from work.

The other products in this kit* is the De-stress & Unwind Massage Oil and De-stress & Unwind Essential Oil.

The De-Stress & Unwind Massage Oil contains the essence of Geranium, Basil, Grapefruit and Peppermint to unlock your pores and gently ease away tautness in your muscles and tension in your mind. This massage oil is kind to your skin with only 100% pure botanical ingredients and you can use this to massage into your neck and shoulders daily.

The De-stress & Unwind Essential Oil I used for a very relaxing bath with a few candles lit in the room. You just add 6-8 drops to your bath and lay back and enjoy! It also can be used with an oil burner to fragrance a room.

This kit retails at £19.99 which I think is a good price for the amount of products you receive as you get a generous 50g bag of tea, 100ml bottle of massage oil and 10ml of essential oil which will last a long time considering you only need a small amount for each use.

I hope you enjoyed this review and let me know if you're tempted to try out this kit in the comments below!
