Seed and Bean Chocolate

Hey Everyone!

Today I'm going to be sharing a fun foodie post/review and also a potential idea for Valentine's Day either for yourself (*cough like me*) or a significant other that loves chocolatey goodness!

Seed and Bean are a company that hand make their chocolate right here in the UK in small batches, most companies start at 10,000 but they make only 45 litres at a time. In terms of ingredients they only use real fruit, not just flavouring. Their products are 100% natural, organic, fairtrade, soil association approved and not to mention absolutely delicious!

I was kindly sent a few flavours to try out and I'm going to share with you now what I thought!

Rich Milk Chocolate* - I loved this, plain milk chocolate will always be my favourite and it was so creamy and chocolatey, bliss!

Lemon and Poppy Seed White Chocolate* - The texture of this bar was interesting, the poppy seeds gave it an added crunch and the lemon added a citrussy bite which went perfectly with the white chocolate. 

Cornish Sea Salt and Lime Milk Chocolate* - This bar was really interesting on the palate, it's creamy milk chocolate but with a hint of salt and kick from the lime which made it really flavoursome and tasty.

Sicilian Hazelnut and Almond Milk Chocolate* - Divine. I loved the smooth nutty taste mixed with the creamy milk chocolate and it was just such a tasty bar!

There are 18 different flavours in total and all of them are suitable for vegetarians, the 12 dark ones are suitable for vegans.
