My Spa Day Experience at M By Montcalm Shoreditch

Hey Everyone!

Hope you're all well and having a nice week.

Today I'm going to be sharing my experience from my recent trip to the spa at M By Montcalm in Shoreditch.

Location wise it is really easy to find, it's a stones throw from Old Street tube station and my office is literally a 5 minute walk so it was really convenient to be able to go after work as it is open in the evenings. I went along with my long suffering colleague and friend, Rachel from, and we both remarked on how swish it looked both inside and out.

When we arrived we took the lift to the bottom floor where the spa is located and were greeted by a friendly receptionist who gave us questionnaires to fill in before handing us our robes and slippers before being shown where the changing rooms and facilities are.

The facilities include:

A gorgeous swimming pool

Loungers to relax and read magazines or pop your towels and robes on

A Jacuzzi where you can adjust the bubble settings

A choice of dry or wet sauna rooms and also rain shower cubicles

Then finally, treatment rooms where I had a lovely 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage. The therapist was so good and had the pressure just right, checking along the way and the whole experience was incredibly relaxing with background music and aromas from the oils.

The whole experience was really luxurious, the spa itself is absolutely stunning and I wouldn't hesitate to visit again. I'm already looking at dates for when I can go back and checking what the different treatments are so I can try something new!

If you would like to check out the spa yourself head on over to where you can see more pictures, all the facilities information and prices based on dates/treatments etc.

I hope you liked this post and pop me a comment below if you would like to see more of my London outings.

  5. Looks like great place. Who doesn’t want to have a relaxing and refreshing spa visit now and again to recharge your battery and feel pampered. I found few best cheap spas in Manhattan. there's still a nice place to go to and the services are affordable.

  6. Massage reduces muscular pain, improves blood circulation and offers great relaxation. However, it is important that a registered massage therapist must do the massage. Hemorrhoid Cream
