All Natural Soap Review

All Natural Soap

Hi All,

Today I am bringing you the latest installment of my soap series with a wonderful company called All Natural Soap. As some of you will know I work near Spitalfields Market which is where Eliza runs a stall alongside her successful online business and after a couple of emails a collaboration was born.

All Natural Soap is handmade in London and made of natural glycerine, catering to all skin types. They use no SLS, parabens or palm oil and products are 100% vegetarian, almost all vegan (a couple of exceptions clearly marked) and none are tested on animals. Awesome right?

So let me get into what I received, there are 4 soaps in total, 2 full size and 2 sample size. The varieties are shea luxury, oatmeal soother, citrus sunshine and coco castile and the full size retail at £3.95 each.

The first soap I am going to talk about is the coco castile soap which is really creamy and moisturising and melts into the skin leaving it soft and nourished. The ingredients are really simple and just consist of olive oil, coconut milk, carrot oil, unrefined cocoa butter and water and there is no real scent, it just smells clean! I took this on a weekend away and got 4 showers worth out of it which I think gives a good enough chance to test the product before committing to the full size.

I also got a sample size of the citrus sunshine soap which is completely different to the coco castile, this soap is very freshly citrusy scented and a bit more of a wake up soap for the morning. The carrot powder acts as a light exfoliant and I found this soap to be really good as a morning facial soap which also meant I got longer use from the sample. The ingredients include shea butter to soften and carrot powder to act as an antioxidant and exfoliant and a mixture of oils to bring everything together. I really liked this soap and it's unique from any I have used previously.

Next up is the full size shea luxury soap which is a favourite at All Natural Soap and a twist on the castile soap with added unrefined shea butter to make it even more moisturising. The ingredients also include  unrefined cocoa butter, coconut oil and olive oil and the soap is made up of around 1/3 olive oil as it is the majority oil in this variety. My experience with this soap was that I found it to be very mild and gentle, non perfumed and very a soft and creamy lather. I think it's perfect for dry or irritated skin as it's really soothing and light.

Lastly we have my favourite which is the oatmeal soother, I found this to be particularly great to use when shaving my legs as the coconut milk creates a really good lather allowing the razor to glide easily. The oats also offered a light exfoliation to remove the dead skin cells leaving my legs silky smooth. The scent is not overpowering and is a subtle nice milky honey aroma with a touch of citrus from the sweet orange essential oil making it a nice unisex soap which is gentle enough for children.

I really liked the products that I tested and I hope you enjoyed my review and I would recommend you all check out www.allnaturalsoap.co.uk to see their other products and reviews.

Thanks for reading!

Love Sally X
